adding turbo

i have a 95 Nissan king cab truck with a 5 speed transmission. its all stock but I want to add a turbo. I want to know what kind of mods I need or should do to the engine to run around 15 to 20 psi of boost w/o blowing the enine to hell? can someone give me some helpful and hopefully cheap info? I found some turbo kits on ebay that seem to be good kits with just about every part you need except the manifold and downpipes for around $750. I just don't want to try and run 15psi boost and blow a rod thru my block or whatever!

Honestly, it'd be cheaper to do an engine swap. By the time you built the engine up strong enough to handle 15-20psi you'd have easily just put a 240 KA turbo engine in. The truck KA and car KA were not the same.
