I saw a post about this from 2011 but i would like to reopen and see if it is possible. My wife is 5'2" and I am 5'10". we recently started sharing cars. One of our cars has seat memory and her existing 2012 ex35 journey doesn't. it is a huge pain to reset the seat each time. there are modules and switches available on the market. is it as easy as installing the module and switches? the car already has power seats and I would like to think that the wiring harness is already in place but would need to pull the door card to know for sure. Thoughts?

There's not much difference between the 2011 and the 2012, so if you found instructions for the 2011 they should work the same for yours.
