Hi to all.

I have a little building project and base is Nissan 200SX S13 with tuned CA18DET.

Car is getting wide body stretch up so that total width would be from 1690mm to somewhere around 1900mm. That's around 200mm or 7.9" added...

So obviously track width should be addressed.

I was thinking having some rear arms kit but from there I would get 50mm or 2" width before axles grow short.
But I think it's not enough as I would need spacers and wheels with quite a bit offset to get wheels to match the fender.

Any ideas how to add track width more than just the arms kit? Longer axles, kit with even more adjustment...?

Any help would be appreciated in this matter.

Nobody has any info on this matter?

Found out that the whole rear subframe from S14 would add around half an inch of track width but I'm aiming for more...

You can get longer rear lower control arms (adjustable ones such as PBM), axle spacers, and change your wheel offset. You will want to increase front track width as well, or the car will handle VERY poorly.

Thanks for the good advice.

Car will be built for shows, no track driving. A concept for futuristic vehicle and SX is good chassis to built on.

But still it has to be able to pass annual inspection because these goes to sell after a year or so, so this is the reason this change of track width can't be done only by offset. Law permits change of track width more than +30mm with offsets when compared to original.

Haha, yep and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

All rules and regulations make building concept cars pretty much impossible here. Have to have something as base and lots of rules to obey when altering it.
