Adding PS and A/C back?

I have a 95 240sx with a built RB20DET inside. I bought it like that. Here is what has been done to it:

The motor was completely taken a part and cleaned and checked. All gaskets and seals are new. The head gasket is a Greddy 1.0MM metal gasket. The exhaust manifold was upgraded to a top mount with a Precision GT32 turbo and a Turbonetics 38MM wastegate. The maf was upgraded to a Z32. Custom intercooler piping was made for the Megan Racing intercooler, with a Sard R2D2 BOV. A new intake manifold was put on with a custom made coolant neck to work with it. The head was cleaned and fitted with Tomei PonCams for better flow (and a rather large hp gain) With fuel, a Walbro 255 fuel pump, Megan FPR, and Deatchwerks 440CC injectors were added with a Z32 fuel filter. For management there is Apexi S-AFC II and a Zeitronix Wideband for data logging AFR's and LAMBDA on the go. There is also a Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer installed. With the transmission, a XTD 4 puck clutch was installed (can hold up to 500 HP) with JGY.com's 12 pound flywheel.

My question now is how can I add PS and A/C back. The lines and such were all removed. The guy I bought it from said because it was switched to a top mount somethings would have to be different. Like the mounting brackets or something idk. I am just a newb with this so any help would be great.
