I searched for info last week about adding power door locks to a 2007 Titan but found nothing. For a 2007 Titan king cab, we used Nissan model numbers 80501-ZH01A and 80500-ZH01A. They are the factory power door lock actuators. Nissan uses a cable lock system on the Titan and IMO, adding actuators to the cable systems is an adventure in failure. Just buy the factory power lock actuators and enjoy. You will still need to add an alarm, keyless entry system, and/or switch to control the power locks.
