Adding new Headers and Exhaust ?

I am thinking of replacing my stock header and exhaust with A new Stillen Header and Catback on my 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S. However , I'm not sure how much of an improvement in performance I will gain being its a family car and the CVT transmission. Anyone that installed a Stillen header and catback on their Altimas can give me a opinion on how they feel about it in terms of performance and if the money worth it to spend it on a family sedan with a CVT transmission.

youll see a minor difference on top end power since the header deletes the pre-cat.
it will get louder so thats something to think about
