Adding navigation to M45

i have a 2003 M45 fully loaded but without navigation. i wanna install original navigation system does anyone know how it can be done and if so how much it will cost. is the dealer the only place that can do it or can i buy a few parts and do it also does the whole unit need to be changed. How much will it cost thank you

People have asked this before and found that it would cost about $5000 to get the OEM system. Your better off getting another unit for your car.
