Hi

I am new to this forum. I have 2007 Nissan Quest base model. I wont to know if I can add navigation to my car by replacing the display screen.

No, there is more to it than that. I would suggest getting a Garmin or similar device and purchasing your next vehicle with Nav instead. It would be far less troublesome.
