Adding intelligent cruise to a model that didn't come with it

I "finally" upgraded from my second 06 M45 to a 2012 M56 sport... love the car BUT it doesn't have intelligent cruise.

Is it possible to add it? I could care less about the other stuff in the tech package but really miss the intelligent cruise

Not without swapping at least 2 wiring harnesses (Engine Room and Main) and changing or reprogramming at least 3 major components (ECM, ABS and ADAS). For a '12 the work might cost more than the car.
