If I get a set of side sills from an I30t sport, would it be pretty easy to get them installed on my non-touring I30 or would this require so much work that it wouldn't be worthwile? When I look at the side of my car I always think how much better the side sills would make it look.

It shouldn't be a problem.

Great, thanks for posting that diagram. Now here's the hard part. Where can I get these without being charged an arm and a leg for them? I know I can look on car-part.com but I'm not even sure what they'd be classified as.

On car-part.com they should be classified as Rocker Mouldings.

Your coices are pretty much limited to aftermaket (side skirts for a Max should fit), OEM (try one of NICO's dealer sponsors: Midway, Pinnacle, Everything Infinti), find someone parting out, or one in a junkyard.
