I have a 2011 M37x and I would like to add the touring and tech packages to the car...i have the premium already...i think...i would definitely like to get the moveable headlights.....

I would recommend trading it for one that has the packages you want. If you're financing it already they'll probably work you a deal to keep your payment at or close to what you're already paying. Much easier (and cheaper) than trying to add hardware to the car.
