Adding Factory Navigation

I currently own a 2015 Rogue S, with the backup camera...but no navigation.

How hard would it be to put a factory navigation head-unit it, and to get it working? What parts will I need? Is there a write-up somewhere that this has been done in the past?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A search will reveal that almost everyone thinks Nissans navigation sucks. So why would you want to add a lousy navigation unit to your car. Rejoice that you don't have it.

To solve the navigation issue get a dash mount of some kind for your smart phone, you may already have one of these, and use the navigation from your phone, android or apple, it does't matter, they are both far superior to Nissan.

Or get a large passenger seat desk and break out the printed Rand-McNally.
