Im not totally sure but it may just be a few wires to move around near the ECU.

I think some pickups have the MAF inside the throttle body. You would have have to figure out the numbers for that MAF and retune the chip on the U12 ecu for it. Or just run the U12's MAF same as a 240sx's.
The U12 stanza also has a intake air temp sensor and can be modded to run a Map instead of MAF. Very nice for turbo or super charging. There are also mods to do full realtime tunning for the U12 ecu.

I have some extra U12 ECU's laying around, I will trade one that has been socketed for a Z24i four plug distributor. These are the FED emissions trucks 87-90 or so really hard to find in California.
