Adding AUX to factory head unit?

I see everyone hooking up all kinds of s*** to their stock heat unit....my only peeve is that the M doesnt have an AUX jack on the unit. YET my parents have a plain jane Quest with no DVD or anything and it has AUX port right on the front of the face.

So my question would be...can we wire in an AUX port anf how would we switch to AUX mode?

This works if you have the av inputs behind the center console.
It doesn't sounds as good as the dvd audio, but for $3, it was worth it to me.
Some people have added Bluetooth adapters if you wanted to go wireless.

When I had my Lexus back in the day, it didn't have an aux. all I did was tie a couple RCA wires to a relay and a switch, and tied that to the input of the amp. You can do the exact same thing to this. It really is very easy if you are not afraid of cutting wires.

Not afraid of wiring something in, permitting it works. Just dont know why they dont have one factory....like really, did I need the RCA on the back of the console? No not really.
