Hi eveyone, I am new to the G35 world, and ecstatic to be there. I have a 2003 G35 sedan. I have serched the forum, but to no avail for this answer. I have an amp and related subs and accessories from my last car. I like the bose speakers of course, but I NEED to have more bass. Can anyone tell me if the Bose HU has amp pre-outs for amps? Thanks everyone.

No, you will need something like the PAC AOEM-NIS2 interface to add a amp to the existing system.

Nice set up, but your cap is a little small for the amount of power you are running (assuming that those are 1500 watts a piece). You should have it upgraded to a 3.0 Farad cap (1 farad = 1000 watts).

I'm currently running 2 10" Alpine Type R's (2 ohm) in a sealed box, being pushed by a 940 watt rms Kicker 750.1 amp (2 ohm). I have the bass off, sub output at zero and and my gain at 70% and I still make my back teeth rattle at 2/3 voume.

except that you used BOSS equipment which is basically the pawn shops idea of JL Audio with all of the distortion and half the performance
