I didn't know where else to put it so I'll throw it here. I have 3 S13's at the moment. 1 '91 Fastback, 1 '92 Coupe, and 1 '91 Super-HICAS. This only involves the coupe and the hicas.

How hard do would it be to swap the Hicas over to the coupe along with the abs?

I know it sounds crazy, but I think it'd be interesting lol

I think you'd be looking at swapping the rear subframe, ecu, HICAS control unit, all ABS sensors, ABS unit, power steering equipment, steering wheel, some fuses, a lot of wiring. IMO, its not worth it.
