Is the amp behind the finish panels in the trunk? Did you have to use some sort of hi/lo converter from the head unit?
Thanks in advance.

This is what I did. I don't have pics but ill try to make it as simple as i can.
I took the trim in front of the gastank off.I located the wiring from the front speakers that go into the bose amp (there are four wires and they are taped two together. Brown and Yellow (LF+, LF-) and Black and White (RF+, RF-). These wires are all bundled in with all the other ones, just look for the brown, yellow black and white wires. They are the only ones there of that color. Don't use the brown subwoofer wire connecting the bose amp to the bose woofer.
tap into the LF+ and LF- or RF+ and RF-...it doesn't matter which you choose, left or right, with a LOC..I used a scoshe from walmart.
Next, find a ground for the amp...I used a bolt on the right side of the trunk (peel apart the trim and you'll see where the bolts are..near the cpu) that was apparantly just there for no good reason. Now it has a purpose in life.
Next, I hooked up the remote wire. I tapped into the blue/black striped wire that is next to the wires you tapped into with the LOC. It's on the same harness. It's the radio power wire 12v+.
Then, run your power to the positive terminal and hook it up to the amp, along with the rest of the wires and....that's pretty much it. Hook up your subwoofer to the amp and test it out.
I don't know how to make it any simpler than that. I haven't run the power cord through the firewall yet, but theres a grommet on the passanger side that looks to be the only way through, unless you drill your own hole.
good luck.
