I have some more questions now that I can see your setup What kind of filter are you running? Are you running a boost controller or just a Ball Valve setup for the BoV? Do rocks beat the crap out of your intercooler when its that low? What are you using to supply oil to the Turbo?

And in response to mtcookson I am worried about the size of the Turbo, the reason I have it is because it wasn't big enough for the Evo.

As you can see its pretty covered so the rocks dont hurt it. I tapped my oil pressure sending unit for oil supply and i tapped my oil pan for oil retrun. Im not using a boost controller of any type just spring pressure in my wastegate. For the bov all you need is a vacuum source for it to open.
