Added t3\t4 turbo why is engine runnig rough?

My friend asked me this question so sorry if info is a bit sketchey. He installed a t3\t4 turbo and a new manifold to his s13 sr20det blacktop engine.Previousley he was running a s14 turbo with a Q45 maf and a safc2 with a fuel regulator. It ran great before but now at idle the engine wants to turn off. Btw he is also running an external wastegate with the new setup if this makes any diff. any ideas would be appreciated.

the t3 flows more air than the s14 turbo at the same psi. He's probably running lean and needs to increase the fuel. Or else if he has already done that, he might be maxxing out the injectors if they are stock.

HE'S USING 550CC INJECTORS AND HE SAYS IT'S RUNNING REALLY RICH.
