Car didnt come with sirius and I had lifetime subscription so I just add the car kit to the M and I can move my S50 from car to car still and my wife can do hers also. I love the S50 because you can save favorite songs and even use it as a MP3. I didnt want to do it at first because I didnt want it to be visible with wires hanging and all my other cars I did a custom install with the kit so you cant see the wires. Well I was fooling around one day and remove the cupholder then it hit me perfect place. I drilled the holes for the antenna and power plug. I used the power output in the console for the power. I run the antenna under the console, carpet and rear seat (seat had to be removed) and let it sit on the rear deck. Reception is awsome with the S50 modulated. Its sounds just like a CD was in.

Here are some pics. Now waiting on these rims to get here so I can powder coat. Then the Megan Exhaust and lowering springs.

Now you see it

Now you dont

And new tint. Not too dark.

Good stuff. If you run into reception issues you might need to move that antenna to the outside. With XM you can get away with the antenna on the rear deck, Sirius doesn't use repeater towers so you might run into some issues of it cutting out. You might not, but just in case I thought I would let ya know................Boon

No issues on all my cars. I have it on the rear deck on two of them and front dash on the other two. It only cuts out when I go under bridges and getting gas.
