added remote start, now it has a cold start problem

ok i added dei valet 562T keyless entry and remote start to my auto 95 s14 and when i use the remote start function in the morning it takes like 15 secs to turn on.... when its warm and i use the remote start it fires right up.... ppl have told me it could be a cold start wire that needs to be activated... but ive searched thru the fsm for ym car and come up with squat.... any help?
