Add rear view camera and navigation to 2003 q45
Hello all, new to the forum. I just purchased an 03 q45 touring model and want to do upgrades like rear view camera and navigation. Is it possible? Any help is appreciated!

Yep, those are possible. You're only limited by how much you'd like to spend. Personally I'd forgo the OEM stuff and get a decent aftermarket system.

Agreed... Nissan is notoriously good at not providing any wiring in their harnesses for options that aren't actually on the car. You'd almost need to have a parts car on hand with the options you need, and tear in to it down to the wiring harness level. On the other hand, your car's climate control and other functions are through the display, so finding a way to integrate that stuff into an aftermarket system might also be difficult.
