I have a 2009 G37 Journey with the upgraded sound system, ipod, bluetooth etc. It does not have Navigation. I was wondering if anyone knew what it would take to upgrade it and add the Navigation system ? It looks like the display and controls on the Dash etc. are pretty much the same...

Usually, the cheapest way to make changes like this is to trade your car for one that already has what you want. You might be able to get the parts from a wrecked car, but I don't know if yours even has the proper wiring harness for the navigation system. Maybe a tech can tell you.

My suspicion is that your best option will be a stand alone navigation system by someone like Garmin.

You might also want to consider a carPC.

I bought my Garmin last year on Black Friday on Amazon

Works great when I need it

you better off trading for a car with the Nav package, because all the wiring is different, different rear view mirrior, different dash, different screen (adds touch screen), different steering wheel too... im speaking on the 2010 G37... :yesnod
