Add cruise control to Sentra Advance

Hi,
I bought 1 year ago a Sentra Advance (in Argentina) and it has not cruise control. The other version (exclusive) has cruise control So I guess that it is possible to install in my car a cruise control unit.

Anyone know if it's possible to install it in my car, and where I can find the parts?

You didn't say what model year Sentra you have. I did find this on Amazon:

Hi. it is a Sentra B17.
I saw this video but the cruise control is not the original one. What i would like to know if all the modules are install in the car and do I need to change the soft of the ECU only or do I have to include some other modules to the car.
