I also encourage you to take a browse around the site, the Miata ECU section has some interesting information on it as well in its sales brochure. The Adaptronc is a nice system! I just installed the e420c on my SR20DET and set it up for full sequential ignition/injection. The VE based fuel tuning and target AFR self tuning is a nice feature as well. I haven't used the adaptive learning portion as yet but I am highly satisfied with this sytem.

I just purchased another e420c and PnP harness for the RB25 cause I have an S14 that 's getting that motor.

Base maps are available for these motors as well from Adaptronic so you can get the car running and then you just have to fine tune. I do recommend using a wideband in tandem for the initial tune.
