everyone knows whats going on here with this situation. i have talked to a few local law enforcement agenices in cedar rapids and in linn county. there is legitimate ground for criminal charges if everyone steps forward in the matter. not naming names, but several of you have emailed me your info and payment info. since the amount is over the limit for small claims court, the officer i talked to said it would be considered larceny which at the amount we discussed is a felony. i have already given him all the info i just need you guys to email me so that i can tell you who to call and what not. THIS IS REALLY THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. i have been waiting for 2 weeks now for adam to get back to me. doesnt call, doesnt reply to emails and now apparently his email is not working again. i have also contacted his bank and they said they would fully cooperate with whatever the police may need.
if you have lost money to afterdark tuning or refuse to wait any longer for a refund that is never coming this is a way for you to have some hope.
Mods hopefully you wont lock this since you said next time get the authorities involved. this is a way for everyone to get on the same case.

If you wanna get a group together can't everyone just email you?
I mean, I see your email function is anabled, I dont see why we should have yet another thread ,about supplier problems which we had for FlashOptions, Venus and AfterDark.And somehow its always several threads each.
I also wanna reiterate what ROB DET says , months of wait and problems like this, have been the norm, in the aftermarket engine supply business in the last 18 months, with <all> suppliers I know of.
Criminal charges are in my opinion only justified when a guy is taking money, with the intent of not delivering, which we all know wasn't the case here.I believe, the law in most states, feels the same way.
Sounds more like a case for BBB.

Chip has had motor's in stock the whole time, as has Ken at Enjukuracing. Just have to look around a little more I guess.
