probably a noob question, but i have to ask. This is not my first g50, but my first with actsus. I was wondering about the coil springs in the actsus set up. I noticed that the actsus is pearched on top of the coil springs. Is the actsus just riding on top of the coils and all height adjustments are made from there. Bascially, the coils are just a base for the actsus. and shock/spring movements are from the bottom. The actsus technically doesnt have any shock in it? i hope htat makes some sense. just trying to learn more about the actsus that the manuals dont give. thanks for any help in advance....

Yes, it is really a semiactive suspension as the springs support the car, but not enough to dynamically suspend it.

The active front spring is 108 pounds per inch vs the non active springs 146 pounds of stiffness........................so hydralics provide ~ 25% of static lift and 100% of shock dampening.

Individual wheel shock values are the result of the high pressure nitrogen charge in each accumulator.........................when this gas charge leaks out the wheel or all wheels become stiff, jerky, and rigid.
