ACTSUS problem

i have a 91 Q45a, when i start the car the front raises, but about 3 sec later the right front of the vehicle drops. When i turn it off the right front raises again, sometimes i start the car, front rises and its not until i start driving it that the right front drops. But most of the time it drops before i start driving. I did the self-diagnostics and the actsus light flashes the digits 1 and 3, 13 which says that its the fore and AFT G sensor, does this make sense, could that sensor cause this horrible problem?

g sensors? how many are there, the self diag. said it was the one under the floor console, beneath the switch.

the boxes in the middle of thie picture in this thread are the g-sensors. Mike called them level senosrs or height sensors. yes, they go in the centre console/
