Never heard of such a switch.

Sounds like they are making excuses for offloading a flat active onto you...Probably trying to avoid a lawsuit...

I don't own an active but isn't there a hi/low (or equivalent) switch somewhere on the dash. It doesn't disable the active but lowers the ride height. From reading your other posts it sounds like you've inherited some suspension problems. I don't recall, but have you done the self-diagnosis from the FSM? Good luck.

Correct. There is a switch to change the ride height from low to high, but not one to turn it off?!

Not exactly a system that you can turn on and off at your leisure.... and you wouldn't want to anyway...

Removed active fuse/relay? Study your copy of Factory Service Manual.

I don't know why they would say that they turned off the active suspension? It's not like it's a Hummer with a lift kit or something. Like ozzie and goody said, chances are they are Active suspension issues and like tech said, you can pull the fuse out to drop the suspension to the lowest setting.
