My active suspension went out sometime last week, I had it estimated at bell tire and they wanted 7000 for all new hydraulics. but the wired thing is is that not all of them went at the same time it was the rear passenger and then all off the others slowly started to go. Is there anyway I can get around replacing all of the struts????

With that price I'll assume you went to the dealer. They don't know how to do anything but replace actuators. I took mine to them and they had no clue as to the noise the mutivalve was making. The only thing they could tell me is to replace the actuators.

I'm sure Keith Bowers (Texasoil) will soon reply to your post. He's offers a much less painful way to go about fixing your active system.

Are you up to tuning your suspension? Actives can/do take some time to fine tune as it is a complex system of parts.

You can "de-ativate" your Q as well with parts from Scottsdale (AKA Infiniti parts USA) Infiniti:

Can use either stock (black) tokicos or slightly firmer blue tokicos (also considerably less $$$). You can but the entire kit or just the parts you need.

Race Car--please phone me (832)651-7576

I need to understand what happened and why. It may be as simple as no-oil. VERY UNLIKELY to be anything major
