First one is for OEM struts and second one is to convert to Tokico which I recommend and I'm sure almost everyone else here does too plus the kit is cheaper than OEM.

But be warned the Tokico are very hard on the ride but they get softer in time.

But why do you want to convert?

I would keep what came with the car because once you go active you don't go back.

depending on how trashed your active is, it may be cheaper (and better) to reactivate it instead of converting.. It may be a wash if you can do all the labor yourself... Else, its going to be more expensive.

How is the fluid level?

Keith (Nico member: texasoil) has helped me with my Active. Take a look at his sites and feel free to ask us or him any questions you may have:

And Keith doesn't charge an arm and a leg to recharge the system. Call him.

I used to wish my Q45 had the Active Suspension feature, but after reading and learning more about it. I'm glad it doesn't have this feature. lol
