Active suspension car knocking on left side

91 Q45a 110,000 miles recharged strut and front and rear accumulators. The right side rides like new, but the left side has a slight knock in the front and back when I go over bumps in the road. One fellow though it might be the rear valve body. Any ideas. My power steering pump is also blown out and I am thinking of removing the active system and replacing it with a standard suspension if there is no fix for the active knocking problem, seeing that the active pump is attached to the power steering pump. That unit is in the $400 range. Would appreciate any thoughts and feed back.RegardsBob

the knocking sound can be the piping rattling against something. It can be exacberated or caused by flat main accumulators and flat valve accumulators.
