where do I get a fluid exchange, I read that you should try a fluid exchange first then if that isnt helping you may need to replace accumolaters. Appreciate any help I can get.

just plan on doing both... You can change the fluid yourself, but the dealer should be able to do it... Otherwise theres not gonna be anyone else to do it for you, because no one even knows what the active suspension is.... hell, the dealer may not even know

I assume your car is riding rough...

yeah it is a bouncy ride, low in the back. Dealer said $110 for an hour diagnostic. I figured it is worth it to go ahead and do it since I just got the car and then go off what they say for the most part.

changin ghte fluid is real easy. Simply disconnect the big hose coming from the active reservoir and drain the reservoir. Refill the reservoir and drive on.Run the active self diagnostics if the actsus warning light is on. Low rear end --somebody may have adjusted rear height sensors for 'low rider' look
