Active Lane Control in Infiniti Q50

found this video "showcasing" the active lane control on an Infiniti Q50S Hybrid.

It seems that the system does NOT deactivate, when you take your hands off the wheel.
As seen in the video it doesn't even turn off, when you leave the drivers seat entirely!

is this real or has the system been tampered with?

Doesn't surprise me. Like cruise control does not turn off either.

yes, but cruise control is different. that doesnt deactivate on german cars either.

as far as i can tell infiniti would be the ONLY manufacturer, that has an active lane control, that does not turn off, when you take your hands off the wheel...
