While searching for my AC problem, I noticed my 94a is leaking active fluid right at the bottom corner of the radiator (on the AC side). Is this likely a loose fitting or what. I didn't have time to investigate further last night.

Thanks in Advance,Jman

taste it--if it is sweet--its coolant. No moving parts there to leak, Highly unlikely a joint just decided to start leaking. How big a leak?

Texasoil,

It is leaking enough to make a small stain on the driveway. I checked the fluid level and it was a very little bit low. I don't think it is coolant. I'd smell that.

As I recall, the main pump for the active system is down there close to the radiator. Could the leak be coming from it? You might be able to get a look at it through the vented wheel well liner. If not you'll have to remove the tire and the liner.

Yesterday I charged my AC. When I removed the hose, a little refrigerant and oil squirted out. It looked about the same as the stuff I thought was active fluid leaking by the radiator. Part of the AC system is right there by the battery. I'll check it out more today after work.
