Hey,

I've had the ACT street clutch ("good" for 267 lb foot) in my KA-T (10 psi) for about 2000 miles or so now, and it's held up great and I love it.

I'm rebuilding my engine soon and because I need everything balanced together (including the clutch and the flywheel), I'm wondering if I should replace the clutch while I'm at it, even though it has tons of life left in it. The reason I'd do this is because I'm planning on running 17 psi and want to make around 330 whp/wtq. Will the ACT strett clutch stand up to this power level no problem? I thought I remember hearing about some guy running 400 whp with the ACT street clutch no problem.

Thanks...

Jay (PSI240SX) did +400rwtq with that clutch...

Your results may vary...but I'll bet you'll be OK.

Well, if you were thinking about replacing it.. I don't see why keeping it would be a bad idea. If you kill it, now you have a reason to.
