acronyms - need help.

My apologies for asking about something that is obviously common jargon amongst you Nissan folks, but since I just arrived, could you explain the engine designations e.g., S13, S14 etc.? I assume the reference is to the different generations & configurations of engines through the years. Is there a "spec" sheet I could refer to?BTW - I found an on-line supplier of OEM radiators that is selling me a new one for a '93 for $117.29 w/shipping. Hopefully no leaks are included at that price.
