I'm about to pull my SR and replace the piston rings, and I have decided to go ahead and replace the main and rod bearings while I'm at it. Has anyone used these bearings? Good? Bad? Also, when buying them on frsport, I have to choose between bearing sizes, which I'm given the option of "STD, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0". I'm new to messing with pistons and whatnot, so I'm not sure if I need to order STD or what. From what I've read, for the oem bearings there are different grades which you have to get from the crank. Does this apply to the ACL bearings also? I'd like to avoid this as I want to be able to have the rings and bearings when I take the block to the machine shop and not have to wait for them to tell me which ones, order them, wait for them to get here, and then take them to the shop.

Thanks!

std only means 2 things and your motor cant get sick so that means standard. the other are oversized options if you have the crank machined. ACL are great bearings, Ive used them in many engines with no problems.
