Ack window isn't rolling up

I can't even push it up manually, when using the button.. It feels like it's off the railing.. is this common?

any insight?

Takes about 1.5 hours, to install. Very easy. There is a thread, or somebody did a write-up, with pictures, somewhere.

It might be in the Infiniti Articles forum, even.

Very common on the first-gen Q - specifically the 1990-93 years. It happened to all four windows on my 1991 Q. The above responses from Nick and Jeff are accurate.
