Hi, so I have a 1992 300zx and looking to see what it takes to achieve 600+ hp to the wheel. The entire engine is apart and everything dismantled. I have an HKS Hi Power Exhaust kit, SMZ Nissan Skyline aftermarket brake package, and Toyo performance tires... which get great traction... But otherwise all of the other parts are stock and are laid out ready to be put back together or sold.

What I'm asking is your opinion on what will be the best modifications that will get me to this goal hp range.
I want to stick with a turbo build, because the 300 was already a 2+0 tt.

When you respond with a setup, leave a link if its a full package or kit.
If not, leave a list of supporting mods that will be needed...

Welcome!
There's plenty of info all over the 'net regarding what's needed to do this and that, basically it's an opinion and preference game beyond that. Nearly every major Z32 supplier has built motors and the build parts they use/used for sale, and build threads are everywhere with most listing the parts with their builds.
Finances available for the work and availability of parts locally fit in as well, so there's really no "best" way or "best setup" other than what you want, can afford and get in your hands, and then install/have installed and then set up and trouble shot. No way we can address much of that here, other than guide you perhaps to vendors for certain parts you may not be able to find, or things to do/not do while "in there". There are a couple of builds going on now and a couple that were in process or had issues along the way previously, good reading for several reasons such as their approach, and problems.
That's about the best I can do anyway, the rest is really up to you.

To be used as a reference. Just to get an idea of what you might need.

$10-15k in parts + $$$$ for labor if you aren't doing everything yourself.

^^^^Easily $10K just for labor(engine removal/refresh/troubleshoot/install, clutch/shifter/trans upgrade, exhaust porting/exhaust install, upgraded turbo setup, ECU/tune), and I spent about $10K on parts for mine to reach that 450 plateau...but which also included several known-good used parts (turbos, DP's, Mufflers, injectors, RB25 ECU solution) versus brand new so $15K is a good number as well. I was lucky and the piston rings/compression and crank bearings were A-1 so I was able to escape without cracking the case, which would add $$$$.

Yeah, I figured 15k to 20k. I will be doing all of the labor myself. We have all the necessary tools and lifts. As well as a dynojet. So labor is not a problem. Just want to find a sweet set of Garrett turbos, hard-pipes, radiator, stroker kit, etc... Do you think a Fmic would work if I get a badass fan to get good air flow to a new radiator. or would I still have heat problems... I want this 300 to have great airflow throughout...

There is a thread of build threads, you should read through it.

+1 to that, and I also recommend reading up on and learning about this engine (VG30DE and DETT) before getting too involved because there is a lot of misconceptions and practices used on other engines (FMIC, e-fans, stroker kits, intake hardpipes, blowoff valves) that do not apply well/easily to this engine, or give no practical gains other than looks or noise. There are not a lot of Z32 knowledgeable mechanics out there so you need most likely to be the one to know what works best, and know what's more or less a waste of time and money from personal knowledge rather than opinions because those non-Z32 guys won't help any there, and in fact may well build you something that doesn't work well AND is very expensive!
I recommend talking to several of our good vendors such as Concept Z Performance and Z1 about their approaches and the parts they carry in conjunction with you sharing your goals and means to reaching them, as well as researching tech info from Nissan and other web and related sources. LOTS of good Z32 and VG30DE/DETT info out there once you get on the right track...I learned about and dealt with all of my own work and upgrades personally by doing just exactly this, plus asking specific questions and studying build threads here.
