The KA-T can make plenty of power...I'm obviously quite biased towards it . Rick at KA-T.org made 533 whp and 400 rwtq...it all depends on your setup, but that setup right there is making a lot more hp than tq.

Monkey5: what do you mean by "full balance..." Do you mean literal balance like weight distribution? Or do you mean balance in the sense of making your car equally suited for the auto cross track or the street? If you mean balance in the weight sense, there was a pos a few days ago about the weights of engines, and an SR with the turbo and everything was very similar to the weight of a KA. If you're looking for gobs of torque and not much turbo lag and excellent throttle response, go with a KA-T and a moderately sized turbo....mine has better throttle response than it ever had n/a.

well, what i meant by "full balance" is the car has 50/50 ratio and the handling is better than stock. even though the 240 has gd handling, i still want more though, i know suspension are vital to the part...but what else do i need? do i need control arms and other stuffs??? is chasis rigityt(can't spell it)...affected to handling, i want to beat people with 300 or more hp on turns....car will be used for both daily driver and competiton....we it be suitable after afterwards?? i have like 5k to spend.....

Zenki's don't have 50/50 balance stock, so unless you removed weight from the front and put it in the back, it doesn't have a 50/50 weight distribution.

If you have $5000 and are looking to make the car handle better, you can do quite a bit....I'd suggest a set of fully-adjustable high-end coilovers (such as the KTS coilovers for $1150), anti-sway bars (you can get adjustable white-lines or suspension techniques non-adjustable ones), strut tower braces for the front and rear, new tension rods, a nismo "subframe" power brace, aluminum subframe spacers for the rear or aluminum bushings altogether (ehh, I'm just listing my suspension mods right now, but they've all contributed to a damn nice handling car), a good set of LIGHT, strong wheels with sticky tires, polyurethane bushings to replace the old mushy bushings throughout. You'll probably still have money left so I'd replace any rusted out beat up suspension parts such as RUCA which would allow you to adjust camber, etc etc...

this should be in the suspension forum
