Acetone increase mpg?

So iwa son youtube watching videos and ran across thishttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v..._pageThis guy is claiming acetone is increasing the mpg. The video this guy makes is pretty legit and cool but what do you guys think about this? Will acetone mess up anything in your car?

Acetone is a pretty aggressive solvent, you may get ring wash if you use too much, or run it regularly. I wouldn't put it in my tank.

There's been 4 or 5 threads about this in the past ... I think it's penny-wise pound-foolish.
