ACD = ACTIVE CENTER DIFFERENTIAL (BETTER TRACTION)AYC = ACTIVE YAW CONTROL (BETTER TORQUE DISTRIBUTION, WELL BASICALLY THAT IS)

ACD allows for torque split between the front and rear wheels, allowing for MUCH better traction (think how a LSD allows the torque split between 2 wheels on an "axle"). Also, via an aftermarket controller the ACD can be "tuned" for more front or rear torque bias.

AYC BASICALLY CONTROLS THE CARS DIVE AND SQUAT MOTIONS ALLOWING FOR QUICKER ACCELLERATION, SHORTER STOPPING DISTANCES, HIGHER G CORNERING, LESS TRACTION LOSS, AND DRAMTICALLY REDUCES SLIDING.
