Oh man, they're not hard to drive at all! My car before my 240 was a 1990 Acura Integra (a FWD car) and I preferred the handling of my 240, especially after I got it lowered on sportlines and w/ a strut bar. It handles so well, and its really easy to throw around.
There is no understeer (unless you take a sharp corner faster than ~40 on a stock suspension), and oversteer is the fun of the 240! The back end swings out, and viola! Drift baby! Even if you drift to far, the car responds instantly to any corrections, and is really responsive.
One guy on the boards has a hooked up 240 up in Alaska, and claims he beats 'Vette Z06s, Mustang GTs and all the fast cars on the track. I don't know if its true, but I don't doubt it could happen.
The weather conditions aren't so bad. As long as you don't drive really fast in hard rain, you should be all right. As for snow, you have to be very careful. 240s are light, and the rear wheel drive does not help. Moral of the story: just drive slow, and carefully in snow.
Get the 240 man. It'll be worth it over a tired Accord. And besided, 240s look so much better!
Nick.
