I got T-boned in my 2008 AC 3.5SE today by a stupid beotch that ran a stop sign. She was at fault. My front wheel is bent in, my passenger door is crumpled and my passenger curtain airbag deployed. It had to be towed :-( . How am I going to do without my AC for several weeks?

Can anyone offer any advice about getting my baby repaired. I want genuine replacement part and want it fixed properly. My insurance company is State Farm. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] http://www.flickr.com/photos/3...43522/

Thanks

Yeah, take to nissan and they wil handle all of that. Nissan was the final word behind totaling my car. One insurance company wanted to fix it and the other wanted it totaled. The company who wanted to fix it was my insurance company, of course they would say this. They would not have to foot the bill. On the other hand the other drivers insurance said to total it out. The guy explained that the car is not as safe as it once was after an accident. The appraisal was $12000+ in damage. Now there is one thing that you did not mention, do you have total loss protection if you are still paying on the car. That will change the whole story in a heart beat.

Thanks for the advice. Did u happen to look at the photos? I dont know if it's bad enough to write off. I owe $18,800, but I do have gap insurance. The other driver has Allstate. My feeling is that the car will never drive the same after this. :-(

It probably wont unfortunately. Your probably looking at a total loss.
