So i was at my college today driving down the isle in the parking lot and some stupid b*tch in a scion tc backs up into my rear half. I am beyond pissed off!! and she blames it on me for speeding! no thanks i dont speed through **** hole parking lots for bungholes and idiots like her that dont know how to back up. so im SO not thrilled about what my paint job is going to turn out like once i get the damage fixed since my car is pearl white i hear thats hard to match.. and i def need a new rim as well.. yeah thats what i wanted to do to that girl..

Regardless of what she thinks, its not your fault. You have right of way, she is merging out, it is her responsibility to make sure she has a clear path.

Where I comme from, and I think just about anywhere, when you hit someone driving in reverse, you are at fault. I'll bet the insurance company gives you no trouble with this at all.

If in fact she said you were speeding, then she must have seen you, which means she hit you on purpose. Hang her high and get your G fixed like new.

that is very true!! yeah im going to a body shop after class to get an estimate. i wanted to kill her. the cop said he wasnt going to give her a ticket but he's noting in the police report that its her fault for insurance verification. so no matter what shes to blame. now my G is purple from her stupid car lol even my rims! its a good thing i didnt get my new rims yet... i would be ten times more pissed than i already am

You probably won't have a problem, but don't rely too heavily on the police report.

My first accident involved me pulling out of a parking lot and creaming a minivan. I didn't see him behind another vehicle (I really think he was speeding). Both I and the police officer asked the other driver if he was hurt and he said no.

A few weeks later, the insurance company calls to inform us that he's suffering from neck and back pain

He just happened to be from one of those ethniticites that teaches their kids to do anything for free money.

If this is your first accident, make sure the insurance company gets you money for diminshed value and YOU DON'T have to accept the repair if you don't like it!

Hopefully by the time you read this you will have calmed down and taken a deep breath. Thankfully no one was hurt. It was an accident and $hit happens.Many of us experienced G owners and drivers park way out in the parking lots and have to listen to our wives ***** why we park so far away from the door

You ain't seen nothin until you've been to Florida where no one looks or pays attention to their driving.

Backing into a parking space is much safer than trying to back out. I soon realized that in Florida and do it here in New Jersey. Your G will get fixed and you'll move on. Don't stress & let your grades suffer because of it. We're all here to help you get over it.

As much as we all love our G's just remember they are depreciating pieces of metal and will usually be worth a little less tomorrow than they were today.

Every where i go i park in the middle of no where, id rather walk the extra when then to see my car scratched up and what not.. and as matter of a fact before the girl hit me i was parked way out there and some Sh*t bomb parked right ontop on me! today is just a lose/lose kind of day.. lol.

Very often parked way out you will spot a line of expensive vehicles G35's, Corvettes, Mercedes, no Mustangs, etc all parked next to each other. It is usually safer to park next to one of them carefully between the lines. Its unlikely any one of those owners will damage your vehicle & be careful not to let your car door touch one of those

Isn't it amazing, no matter how much we protect our cars by parking 10 miles away or bending in the mirrors, some jack*** will still find you car and damage it. I think some of it is done intentionally due to jealousy. Or I could be wrong and they are just dumb***** who don't care about anyone elses property.

I see a lot of post where you can claim for diminished value of the car? Do we go after our insurance company or the offenders? Is this for any type of car or certain type or pricing?

thats a really good question.. im going to look into that.. ever since she hit me its been nothing but aggrevation for me.. she is STILL claiming that it is MY fault and that the damage is from the front all the way down the side to the rear of my car! AND that they are trying to ammend the police report. my insurance adjuster told me all this today. im like no way! the damage is above my rear rim and the rim itself.. but is going to need a damn good paint job to blend it.. she knows its her fault just doesnt want to take responsibilty bc she knows her insurance will go up. TOO BAD. I told my dad all this today and hes a detective so he went down to speak to the cop, that came to the scene and wrote a report, to let him know the **** she is pulling now because the cop gave the dumbass a break and didnt give her a ticket.. and now that she is trying to get out of this and causing a lot more problems than what is really needed she will most likely get a ticket (s) in the mail bc the cop has 30 days to write one. haha..Also she is going around the college saying **** like "oh this stupid b*tch hit me" "im going to kick her ***.." just goes to show you how much of a moron she is.. And to make matters worse... i went to kohls last thursday (note: kohls does NOT have shopping carts) and i come out and there is a shopping cart in the drivers side of my car.. dented it and scratched a little bit.. and it was a walmart shopping cart which walmart is located across the freakin street!! just MY luck. No one wants to take responsibilty for it but kohls did write a report and take pictures.. and then denied it being their fault so now im going back to walmart and going to say fix my car or i will take u to court for "failure to maintain your shopping carts". i think they can afford to fix my car. lol... we'll see...

ill try to get pics up from where i got hit, it really doesnt look TOO bad, im still waiting for an estimate.. i should get it tomorrow..hopefully. All i want is my car to get fixed because right now its looking like a car that someone doesnt take care of... and that def is not the case.. i work my butt off to keep it in the of best condition..

Oh and yes it is driveable. the rim is just scraped and chewed up a bit and .....its purple lol

I would hold your position on the accident, because that's some major BS.

Walmart on the other hand isn't responsible for your car being hit by one of their carts. That's some loser who towed it across the street.

We can't expect stores to provide convenience and then punish them for what someone else does with that convenience.

Call a PDR shop and get it fixed. No paint, just popping out the dent.

I have the Ivory Pearl and had a metal box drop on my car from the rafter in my garage. I took my car to a reputable body shop and they blended the paint perfectly. The car looks perfect and I rearranged my garage to ensure that never happens again!!. My Comprehensive covered the damages minus my $100 deductible.

Sunrise Deli&Cafe on Belvedere we were there 6/7 months.And my son is right across the street from L.A Fitness in A-town.. By the way nice to see a young lady that take care of HER S...!!! Good luck with Walmart.
