should be able to just buff it out.

what kind of a car hit you. Isn't the height of some trucks just dangerous. Some stock trucks' bumpers are at my shoulder/head height when i drive my car. and some drivers resort to getting xx" lifts. I believe there should be laws that prohibit this stuff.. How dangerous is it to freaking get hit by one of these things. I mean your "crumple zones" and 5 star front/ side/rear cars don't mean anything when the bumper is positioned so high.

I guess the V does look a bit like a voting booth. Pretty dangerous design in FLA. You're OK and that's what counts. How old was the idiot in the Olds?

Yes, some states do not mandate insurance. NH is one of them.

Wow! You gotta have it up here. In fact, big fines if you don't. thinking about 25 years ago a buddy decided he couldn't afford insurance and cancelled it (again, you have to have proof of insurance to get your sticker).

He rolled the car; totalled it; he may still have been paying for it -- it was only a couple of years old. Then the cops came upon him and slapped him with a $400. fine for driving without insurance.

Insult to injury.

My V got rear-ended three weeks after I bought it... stupid Doctor in an Audio didn't see that the exit lane on the freeway wasn't moving, I was at the back of the line. Fortunately, it was fairly low to the ground, and only required a new bumper, I'd have been much more upset if my whole hatch was busted up like this.
