accident car not running same!

well i was in an accident last week and my front right side was damaged. i so i pulled out the smashed part the engine wasn't effected at all by this just the radiator shrowed blocked the fan from moving. so i had to cut all that out and i had to put new intercooler and radiator in cus they were cracked.

now i do have a warped IC. it cracked and i welded it, it does hold pressure. and the fan shrowed is now off.

my car is starting to overheat now when it sits at a light or even when im driving sometimes then it goes down when the thermostat opens. and i have high rpms when i fist start the car for a good 5min after it warms up and driving.

anyone help on these simple fixes? any ideas? electric fan, or new shrowed? or maybe my fan clutch spring went out when the shrowed hit the fan?

and i checked the throttle cable there is nothing wrong with it.
