Accessory Problems

I've tried searching for this, and haven't found any good answers really. The problem is that some of my accessories aren't working. This includes-power mirrors-rear wiper/wiper squirter-lighter-windshield wipers in front won't work on the lowest setting.

When I got the car, none of these were working. I removed a random mass of wires by the relay box under the hood and they all worked for 2 days and then stopped working. Easy come, easy go I guess. At any rate, it's probably something stupid.

I've tried switching the relay around with the a/c one and still nothing. There's a rlay behind the fuse box that I switched out too, and still nothing. I've checked all the fuses, and they weren't blown.

Any other thoughts or has anyone else resolved this problem? Both of my 1991 240sx SE's are doing this...
