Accessories wont kick on/battery dies

I just bought a 90 240sx, it runs strong, great car. Only problem it has are the accessories such as dash lights, a/c, seatbelts, etc will not turn on right away when the car starts. It takes about a minute or so after driving, then then everything will turn on. I beleive it maybe a relay issue, but I am not sure where to start looking and for what particular relay.

Also if the battery's positive terminal is left connected when car is turned off, the battery will eventually be drained.

It seems like there is some relay in the car that is having hard time clicking on/off. Anyone have any idea what relay, or where I can look?

Sounds more like a connection issue with a ground or something. Start checking your grounds, remove them and clean then reattach.
